Call History

Go to Calls > Analytics, Charts & Reports

This area will allow you to Analyze your call volume, call minutes, or cost by date, week, hour or ring-to number (excludes blocked calls)

 

 

Reporting

  1. Calls for the following Number(s)
    1. Allows you to select a Number, Number Group or Number Login as well as “Include Unanswered Calls” by clicking the checkbox.  To search for a specific number, use the drop-down menu
  2. Calls within the following dates
    1. Allows you to select the Date range as well as the TimeZone
  3. Report and graph options
    1. Report Type
      1. Allows you to add Totals and Average of your calls by using the drop- down menu
    2. Group By
      1. Allows you to group you report by various metrics by using the drop-down menu.
    3. Graph Type
      1. Allows you to select which type of graph you want displayed by using the drop-down menu when you run your report.
  4. Run Report
    1. Once you set all your parameters for the report click the “Run Report” button
    2. After you run the report it will give you metrics of Calls, Minutes and Unique Callers.(Example Report)
  5. Download Report (Graph Image)
    1. Allows you to download your report graphic as a PNG file. Once you run the report you will be able to save this file to your computer/device by clicking the “Download” button
  6. Download Report (File)
    1. Allows you to download the metrics of the report by clicking the “Excel” or “CSV” buttons, which will save to your computer/device.
