Real Time Calls

Go to Calls > Real Time Calls

View the real time call information for calls that are currently in progress. Real time calls show the last number attempted regardless of whether the call was answered by that number. Calls that are no longer in progress can be viewed on the View Call History page.

Search

1. Calls for the following Number(s)
   
   1. Allows you to select a Number, Number Group or Number Login.  To search for a specific number, use the drop-down menu
      
2. Display call dates & times in selected time zone
   1. Allows you to select which specific TimeZone a call is coming to/from
      
3. Advanced Options
   1. Allows you search the number of minutes a call was placed as well as numbers of incoming and outgoing calls.
      
4. Refresh
   1. After setting the parameters click the “Refresh” button to view the live call
      

Live Call

1. Allows you to Block Caller and complete an Address Lookup.  Also, it allows you view the Date&Time, Number/Label, Caller ID, Call Direction, Destination, Duration and Type
