View Call History

Go to Calls > Call History

This area will allow you to view and search your call history logs as well as block calls and look up addresses. Using the options below, you can easily filter calls by just about any parameter you wish. Once you have made your selections, use the View Calls button to view calls or the E-Mail Call Report button to send a call report to your selected recipients.

Search

1. Calls for the following Number(s)
   1. Allows you to select a Number, Number Group or Number Login.  To search for a specific number, use the drop-down menu
      
2. Calls within the following dates
   1. Allows you to select the Date Range and TimeZone
      
3. Advanced Options
   1. Allows you search the number of minutes a call was placed as well as numbers of incoming and outgoing calls.
      
4. View Calls
   1. This will complete your search for viewing calls after all parameters were filled out.
      

E-mail Call Report

1. Allows you to have the report sent to your e-mail address by filling out the “Email” text box and hitting save to have the CSV report sent to you.
   

Block Caller

1. Allows you to block a specific caller
   
2. Calls Received From
   1. Allows you to select the Call Action you would like to have when the blocked caller places a call by using the drop-down menu
      
3. Apply Rule To
   1. Allows you to select All Numbers or the specific number from the View Calls search
      
4. Save
   1. After selecting your changes click the “Save” button to apply or to cancel click the “Close” button
      

Address Lookup

1. Allows you to enable address look up. Your account will be charged $0.50 each time you perform a successful address lookup. Click the confirmation check box to have this applied to your account.
   
2. Save
   1. After selecting your changes click the “Save” button to apply or to cancel click the “Close” button
      

View Call Log

1. Allows you to view the routing for each call.
