Call Management
Go to Numbers > Maximum Call Length
Set call duration limits between 1 minute and 6 hours to efficiently manage communication. Once the limit is reached, calls will be automatically disconnected. Additionally, regulate voicemail lengths from 0 to 10 minutes; the timer starts after the voicemail greeting plays.
Note: The timer does not apply to faxes. Use the checkboxes to change multiple numbers at the same time.
Edit Call Length
- To edit the length of your Call and Voicemail click the “Edit” button
- Enter the number of minutes you would like in the Max Call Length text box.
- Maximum call length must be between 1-360 minutes.
- Maximum call length must be between 1-360 minutes.
- Enter the number of minutes you would like in the Max Voice Mail Length text box.
- Maximum voicemail length must be between 0-10 minutes
- Maximum voicemail length must be between 0-10 minutes
- Save
- Click “Save” to confirm changes or “Close” to cancel
- Click “Save” to confirm changes or “Close” to cancel
