Call Recording Storage

Go to Call Recording > Call Storage

This area will allow you to View and edit the call recording storage settings for each phone number. Store calls individually from Listen to Calls, or use the "Edit" button in the table below to activate Automatic File Storage. 

 

NOTE: Recorded Calls files expire after 30 days if not stored.

 

Edit

  1. To edit your storage per number, click the “Edit” button
  2. Enable Automatic Storage
    1. To enable you Voice Mail & Fax storage saving automatically, click the “Enable Automatic Storage” checkbox.
  3. Enable Minimum Call Length
    1. To set the number of seconds a call will be stored, click the “Enable Minimum Call Length” checkbox then enter the value in the text box.
  4. Keep Call Recordings Forever
    1. To keep your call recordings in your account forever, click the “Keep Call Recordings Forever” checkbox.
  5. Recording Storage Retention
    1. If you choose not to keep your call recordings forever, you can set the number of days you would like to store a message, enter a value in the “Recording Storage Retention ( days)” checkbox.
  6. Reports
    1. Allows you to download a report file as an Excel/CSV, which will download to your computer/device that will tell you which storage retention a specific number has.
  7. Auto Store
    1. To toggle your messages to automatically store click the “Auto Store” button to enable your number to On/Off.
    2. To confirm this change, click the confirmation checkbox then click the “OK” button to apply the change or to cancel, click the “Close” button. NOTE: You are about to set the voicemail & fax storage options for 1 number on your account. There is a 5¢ per call charge for every recorded phone call.
