Enhanced Services
Go to Numbers > Multi Call Groups
This area will allow you to Use simultaneous ring (MultiCall) groups to simultaneously call a group of numbers. To unlock this powerful feature, add a new Multi-Call below, then simply point a number to ring through to the MultiCall group on your Call Forwarding settings page. Empower your team with efficient call handling.
Note: MultiCall Hunt Groups have a one-time setup fee of $5 and a monthly charge of $5.
Add a Multi Call Group
- To add create a new MultiCall Group click the “+Add MultiCall Group” button
- Hunt Group Name
- To add a name for your Hunt Group fill in the “Hunt Group Name” text box
- To add a name for your Hunt Group fill in the “Hunt Group Name” text box
- Audio
- Initial Hunt Group Greeting
- To add which Hunt Group greeting you would like to use, use the drop-down menu
- To add which Hunt Group greeting you would like to use, use the drop-down menu
- Personalized Greeting
- To set your personalized greeting use the drop-down menu (Custom messages are added in the custom audio screen. Goto Custom Audio

- Initial Hunt Group Greeting
- Timer
- To set how long the hunting for a call will last use the “Hunting will end after” text box to enter the number of seconds.
NOTE: Must be a value between 0-300.

- End of Hunt
- To set what you would like to have the call do after it goes through the MultiCall Hunt Group, click the “If the call is not answered or if hunting times out” drop-down menu

- Message
- When choosing the “Play Personalized Message & Disconnect Call” you may choose which audio is selected by using the drop-down menu

- Save
- To apply these settings click the “I fully understand and agree” check box and click the save button or to cancel click the “Close” button

Edit
- To make any changes to you MultiCall Group, click the “Edit” button
Mailbox
- To setup/edit your MultiCall Group mailbox click the “Mailbox” button
- Password
- To set up a password enter a four-digit pin in the “Password” textbox. Passwords must be 4 digits long and cannot start with a 0.

- Voice Mail Settings
- File Type
- Allows you to select either a MP3 or WAV file for your voicemail
- Allows you to select either a MP3 or WAV file for your voicemail
- Max Length
- Allows you to set the number of minutes the length of a Voice Mail is.
NOTE: Maximum voicemail length must be between 0-10 minutes.

- Custom Greeting
- Allows you to add a custom greeting by using the drop-down menu. (Custom messages are added in the custom audio screen. Goto Custom Audio)

- File Type
- Message Email Settings
- To have Voicemails sent to your email, click the “Send Message Emails” checkbox to have this feature enabled.
- To enter the email address you would like to have the Voice Mails sent, enter a valid email address in the “Send To” text box
- To select how the Voice Mail is sent use the “Send As” drop-down menu
- To have Voicemails sent to your email, click the “Send Message Emails” checkbox to have this feature enabled.
- Save
- To apply all changes click the “Save” button or “Close” button to cancel

Delete
- To delete a MultiCall Group click the “Delete” button
- To confirm your MultiCall Group removal click the confirm checkbox then “Delete” or “Close” to cancel the action.
Multi Call Numbers
- To manage which numbers are in your MultiCall Hunt Group click the “MultiCall Numbers” button.
- Allows you to add/edit/remove numbers to your MultiCall Group
- Allows you to add/edit/remove numbers to your MultiCall Group
- To add numbers click the “+Add MultiCall Number”
- Name
- To add the name of this number, enter it in the “Name” text box

- Number
- To add the specific number you would like, enter it in the “Number:” text box

- Rings
- To set the number of rings this number will receive enter the value in the “Rings” text box.
NOTE: Rings must be a number from 0 to 15.

- Active
- To activate this number in your Hunt Group, click the “Active” checkbox.
- To activate this number in your Hunt Group, click the “Active” checkbox.

- To apply all changes click the “Save” button or “Close” button to cancel

- Allows you to return to back your MultiCall Hunt Groups

- Edit
- To edit numbers of the MultiCall Group, click the “Edit” button

- Delete
- To delete a MultiCall Group Number click the “Delete” button
