VoIP Phones

Go to VoIP Platform > VoIP Phones

This area allows you to Manage your IP phones and connect new or existing phones to your Kall8 VoIP. Please view the Compatible Device List and input settings prior to connecting phones to your VoIP subscribers.

View Compatible Device List

1. This will show you which devices are compatible with VoIP, click the “View Compatible Device List” to expand the list.  Click it again to collapse the list.
   
   

Add Device

1. To add a device, click the “+Add Device” button
   
2. Device
   
   1. To add a name to your device, enter it in the “Device” textbox.
      
3. MAC Address
   
   1. To enter the device’s MAC address (which will be in the settings of the device or on bottom of the physical device.
      
4. Assign Subscriber
   1. To add a subscriber to, use the drop-down menu.
      

Refresh

1. To refresh your device list click the “Refresh” button.
   
   

Assign

1. To assign a VoIP Subscriber to your device, click the “Assign” button
   
2. To select which subscriber you would like to be attached to the device use the drop-down menu.
   
3. To confirm the add/changes click the confirmation check box then click the “Save” button. To close out and not make any changes click the “Cancel” button. NOTE: Devices assigned to a subscriber are subject to a one-time setup fee of $9.95 and a recurring monthly VoIP Line charge of $9.95.
   

Delete

1. To remove a device from your list, click the “Delete” button.
   
   
2. To confirm your removal, click the confirmation checkbox, then click the “Delete” button. To close out and not delete the device, click the “Cancel” button.
