Calls Delivered

Go to Calls > Calls Delivered

View the total amount of calls delivered to your numbers.

Of these calls, any hunt group call that was stamped Lead/Repeat will be shown, along with how many calls were from unique Callers IDs. When filtering duplicate caller IDs, the call with the longest duration will be kept.

Graph & Report Options

1. Calls for the following Number(s)
   1. Allows you to select all Number, Number Group or Number Login or a specific Number by using the drop-down menu
      
2. Group By
   1. Allows you to select which group you would like to generate on the report, which are Ring-To Number, Toll Free Number and Hunt Group.
      
3. Calls within the following dates
   1. From/To Date
      1. Allows you to select from/to date to view on the report
         
   2. TimeZone
      1. Allows you to select the time zone that will appear the report by using the drop- down menu
         
4. Advanced Options
   1. Allows you to exclude specific calls that are a certain less than length by clicking the “Exclude calls less than” checkbox as well as entering the number of seconds and/or a specific start and end time by clicking the “Exclude calls between a range of hours” clicking the clock icon.
      
5. View Calls
   1. To view the report after setting the parameters for the report click the “View Calls” button.  This will generate results that you’ve entered.
      
6. Graph Type
   1. Allows you to select which type of graph you would like to generate on your report
      
7. Download (image)
   1. Allows you to download the image of the graph to your computer/device.
      
      
8. Report
   1. After entering the parameters of the report, you will be able to view the results.
      
9. Download
   1. Allows you to download your report as an Excel/CSV file to your computer/device.
