Caller ID Display

The Caller ID Display allows you to quickly toggle between showing the actual caller ID of the call coming in or using the toll-free number as the caller ID in KALL8 call reports.

1. Go to Numbers > Caller ID Display
   
2. Toggle (Caller ID Column) between using the actual caller ID of the incoming call or using the toll-free number as the caller ID in reports.
   
   

   NOTE: The Real-Time Call History report will always use the original Caller-ID information.
