Call Announcement

Go to Numbers > Call Announcement

This area will allow you to edit your Call Announcement Settings Upon answer, a brief announcement will play before the call is connected. Choose to hear the default 'Incoming Call' message or record an announcement of your own. To have options of accepting the call or sending it to voice mail, turn on the accept/reject menu. Use the checkboxes to make the same changes to multiple numbers at the same time. 

NOTE: Call Announcement is $2 to setup, and $2 per month, for non-bundled numbers.

Edit

To make changes to your call announcement click the “Edit” button

1. Announcement Type
   1. To select which setting you would like for your “Announcement Type” use the drop- down menu
      
2. Custom Announcement
   1. To select which “Custom Announcement”, use the drop-down menu and select the desired audio
      
      NOTE: Custom messages are added in the custom audio screen. Goto Custom Audio.
      
3. Save
   1. Call Announcement is $2 per number to setup, and $2 per month.
   2. After confirming by clicking the “I Understand and Agree” checkbox hit Save to make the changes or “Close” to cancel.
