Text Messaging

Goto Text Messaging > Conversations

 

This area allows you to show your conversations for incoming and outgoing text messages as well as send messages to/from. NOTE: Replace this with some direction as to how to work this page. Add information on verified/registered numbers and link to detailed info.

 

 

Numbers

  1. To sort by which Number’s conversation you wish to view use the “Sort By” drop-down menu
  2. To search for a specific number put the number in the “Enter Digits” textbox then click the magnified glass. Also to clear your search click the orange trash icon.
  3. To view your conversations click the specific number you wish to see, and it will display both incoming and outgoing messages. The green bubble outgoing while the orange bubble is incoming
  4. To collapse and expand your numbers click the “Numbers” tab
  5. To collapse and expand your conversations click the “Convos” tab
  6. To send your message enter it in the “Type your message...” textbox then click the “Send” button
  7. To send an image click the blue picture icon
  8. To edit the contact, click the contact icon
  9. To view the detailed information of the sender, hover your mouse cursor over the “Blue i" bubble.
  10. To preview the message hover over the green text bubble
