Get Messages

Voicemail & Fax

Go to Voice Mail & Fax > Get Messages

This area will allow you to access your Voice Mails & Faxes. Listen to voice mail messages and view faxes. Each mailbox will save a maximum of 999 of the most recent messages for up to 30 days.

NOTE: Files older than 30 days will be deleted unless they are stored.

 

 

 

Storage Status

  1. Allows you to view a snapshot of your total Voicemails over the last 30 days.

 

 

Search

  1. Calls for the following Number(s)
    1. Allows you search by selecting a Number, Number Group, Number Login, Hunt Group, Virtual PBX, & an Extension.  To search for a specific criterion, use the drop- down menu.
  2. Calls within the following dates
    1. Allows you to search a specific date range from/to to view your Voice Mails and Faxes received in that date range. Also, you can select the TimeZone in which the calls were received by using the drop-down menu.
  3. Additional Filters
    1. Allows you to select the “Display”, by using the drop-down menu, “View Message Types”, by using the drop-down menu, and “Calls from Number” by entering a specific number in the text box.
  4. Get Messages
    1. Once you have applied all parameters/metrics, click the “Get Messages” button. This will show all the Voice Mail & Faxes, in the period of time, you’ve selected.
  5. Reports
    1. To pull a report click the Excel/CSV file which will download to your computer/device
  6. Delete
    1. To remove a message from your storage, click the confirmation check box the click the “Delete” button or to cancel click the “Close” button
  7. Note
    1. Allow you to store a note for the specific voicemail or fax you choose by clicking the “+Note” button
  8. Send
    1. Allows you to send the specific voice mail or fax to your email address by clicking the “Send” button
    2. Enter the email address(es) in the Email text box
    3. Send
      1. To confirm your changes, click the “Send” button or to cancel click the “Close button. 
  9. Stored
    1. Allows you to toggle between “Yes/No” to have the voice mail or fax stored to your account
  10. Message
    1. Allows you to listen to the voice mail by clicking the “Play” button. Also, you can adjust the “Playback Speed” and “Download” the voicemail to your computer/device by clicking the 3 dots.
