Go to Calls > Analytics, Charts & Reports
This area will allow you to Analyze your call volume, call minutes, or cost by date, week, hour or ring-to number (excludes blocked calls)
Reporting
- Calls for the following Number(s)
- Allows you to select a Number, Number Group or Number Login as well as “Include Unanswered Calls” by clicking the checkbox. To search for a specific number, use the drop-down menu
- Calls within the following dates
- Allows you to select the Date range as well as the TimeZone
- Report and graph options
- Report Type
- Allows you to add Totals and Average of your calls by using the drop- down menu
- Group By
- Allows you to group you report by various metrics by using the drop-down menu.
- Graph Type
- Allows you to select which type of graph you want displayed by using the drop-down menu when you run your report.
- Run Report
- Once you set all your parameters for the report click the “Run Report” button
- After you run the report it will give you metrics of Calls, Minutes and Unique Callers.(Example Report)
- Download Report (Graph Image)
- Allows you to download your report graphic as a PNG file. Once you run the report you will be able to save this file to your computer/device by clicking the “Download” button
- Download Report (File)
- Allows you to download the metrics of the report by clicking the “Excel” or “CSV” buttons, which will save to your computer/device.
