Account Management
View/Edit Account Information
- Go to Account > Account Information
- To edit Customer Information (Account Name), Primary Contact, or Contact Address click “Edit”.
- After editing click “Save”.
View/Edit Security Queston
- To change/modify Security Question for password resets, click the “Edit” button.
- Choose your preferred question, enter your answer and click Save.
The security question and answer are used to validate a customer when they call for support. If the customer is not able to answer their security question accurately support is unable to assist them.
View/Edit Time Zone
- To change time zone, click the “Edit” button.
- Choose your preferred time zone from the drop-down and click Save.
