Account Management

View/Edit Account Information

  1. Go to Account > Account Information image 1
  2. To edit Customer Information (Account Name), Primary Contact, or Contact Address click “Edit”.image 2
  3. After editing click “Save”.image 3

 

 

View/Edit Security Queston

  1. To change/modify Security Question for password resets, click the “Edit” button.image 4
  2. Choose your preferred question, enter your answer and click Save.image 5The security question and answer are used to validate a customer when they call for support.  If the customer is not able to answer their security question accurately support is unable to assist them.

 

 

View/Edit Time Zone

  1. To change time zone, click the “Edit” button.image 6
  2. Choose your preferred time zone from the drop-down and click Save.image 7
