Number Groups

Manage Numbers

Number Groups allow you to group up your phone numbers for more efficient report generation.

 

 

Add/Edit Number Group

  1. Go to Numbers > Number Groups

     
  2. Click the “+Add Number Group” button.
  3. Name the group you wish to create and click the “Save” button.
  4. To rename the group click the “Edit” button, rename the group and click “Save”
  5. To delete an existing group click the “Delete” button, check the verification box and click “Delete”.
  6. To assign/unassign number to a group click the “Numbers” button, toggle each number and click “Save”.
