Account Management

Create New User

  1. Goto Account > Account Users
  2. Click the green “+Add New Login” button.
  3. Fill out the following form and click the green “Save” button when done.

 

 

Delete User

  1. Go to Account > Account Users
  2. Find the user you wish to delete and click the red “Delete” button for the user.
  3. A pop-up will appear, check the box to confirm and click the read “Delete” button.

 

 

Reset a Users Password

  1. Goto Account > Account Users
  2. Find the user you wish to reset the password for and click the blue “Reset Password” button for the user.
  3. A pop-up will appear confirming you want to send an email to the user to reset their password, click “Ok”.

 

 

Search

  1. View Filter is used to view which type of access a user has
  2. Search for a specific Account Users by entering their Username by hitting “Search”
  3. Select “Show Full List” to return to the list of all Account Users
