Voice Mail/Fax

Go to Numbers > Voice Mail/Fax

This area will allow you to edit your Voice Mail & Fax Settings Tailor the voicemail and fax settings for each of your numbers. Select the number you wish to update below to set the mailbox password, upload a custom greeting, enable email notifications, and more. 

Note: Use the checkboxes to make the same changes to multiple numbers at the same time.

Edit Settings

1. To make changes to your Voice Mail & Fax Settings click the “Edit” button
   
2. Mailbox Settings
   1. To change you Voice Mail Pin/Password enter a four-digit pin.
      Note: the number cannot start with 0.
      
3. Voice Mail Settings
   1. File Type:
      Allows you to select which type of File you would like to set for your Voice Mail MP3 or WAV
      
   2. Max Length (minutes):
      Allows you to set the amount of minutes by entering a number in the text box.
      Maximum voicemail length must be between 0-10 minutes
      
   3. Custom Greeting:
      Allows you to set the greeting for your Voice Mail by using the drop-down menu
      
4. Fax Settings
   1. Fax File Type:
      Allows you to select either a PDF or a TIF
      
5. Message Email Settings
   1. To send Voice Mails to your email click the “Send Message Emails” checkbox
      
   2. To have the emails send to your email address update the “Send To” textbox
      
   3. To select how you would like to send the Voice Mail use the “Send As” drop-down menu.
      1. You can select between either a File or a Link that will send to your email.
         
6. Save
   1. Click “Save” to confirm changes or “Close” to cancel
      

Reports

1. To pull a report click the Excel/CSV file which will download to your computer/device
