Go to Numbers > Conferencing

This area will allow you to create and edit your conference Bridges.

 

Conduct conference calls with up to 25 participants at a time. Conferences can be recorded for an additional $0.05 per minute.

 

 

New Bridge

  1. To create a conference bridge, click the “+New Bridge” button
  2. Description: To add a name to your conference bridge, use the “Description” text box
  3. 4-Digit User Pin: To secure your bridge, enter a four-digit pin in the “4-Digit User Pin” text box.

    NOTE: The PIN delineates which conference bridge you are joining when calling the number.
  4. (Optional) Moderator Settings
    1. Enable Moderator
      1. To have the use of a moderator for the Conference Bridge click the “Enable Moderator” checkbox
    2. 4-Digit Moderator Pin
      1. To secure your bridge using a moderator, enter a four-digit pin in the “4-Digit Moderator Pin” text box.
  5. Recording Settings
    1. To have your conference recorded click the “Enable Recording” checkbox
  6. Play Initial Greeting
    1. To have a greeting when people are calling into your bridge, click the “Play Initial Greeting” check box.
  7. Email Files To
    1. To have your conference recordings emailed to you, enter an email address in the text box.
  8. Save
    1. Click “Save” to confirm changes or “Close” to cancel.

 

 

Properties

  1. To make any changes to your conference bridge click the “Properties” button

 

 

Delete

  1. To make remove to your conference bridge click the “Delete” button.
