Go to Numbers > Payphone Blocking

This area will allow you to control payphone access to your toll-free numbers to manage costs efficiently. Payphone calls incur a 60¢ charge per call to compensate payphone owners. Use the checkboxes to change multiple numbers at the same time. Note: Changing this setting carries a $10 per number fee.
