Call Services

Go to Calls > Automated Reports

This area you will be able to Receive an emailed report of your calls on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Weekly reports are sent every Monday, and monthly reports are sent by the second business day of each month.

 

NOTE: The monthly charge for the first report is $25, and $5 for each additional report.

 

 

 

New Report

  1. To create a report click the “Report” button
  2. Frequency
    1. Allows you to set how often you receive reports by setting how you would like to receive them Daily, Weekly, or Monthly by using the drop-down. NOTE: The report will come in at 12:00AM on the day you select to receive it.
  3. First Day of Week
    1. Allows you to set the specific day in which you would like the report to start the week by using the drop-down menu.
  4. Numbers
    1. Allows you to choose a Number, Number Group or Number Login. To search for a specific number, use the drop-down menu
  5. Email Recipients
    1. Allows you to send the automated report to your email
  6. TimeZone
    1. Allows you to select which TimeZone the report will be shown in.
  7. Report Type
    1. Allows you to select various metrics you would like to show on your automated report by using the drop-down menu. Certain report types, such as Averages by Day of the week, Averages by Hour, and Cost Per Lead Analysis will allow you to use a graphical image.  Some report types will allow you to have your report sorted through the way you would like as well as set the minimum duration of a call shows up on the report.
  8. GraphType
    1. Allows you to select which graph you would like to have shown on your report. 
  9. Sort By
    1. Allows you to have your report sorted by the metrics you would like.
  10. Sort Direction
    1. Allows you to have your report sorted by the direction of either “Ascending” or “Descending”
  11. Minimum Duration
    1. Allows you to select the lowest time a call lasts to be put on your report. Enter the value in the text box to have this applied to your report.
  12. Save
    1. Click the confirmation checkbox then click “Save” to confirm changes or “Close” to cancel.
