Frequency 1. Allows you to set how often you receive reports by setting how you would like to receive them Daily, Weekly, or Monthly by using the drop-down. First Day of Week 1. Numbers 1. Allows you to choose a Number, Number Group or Number Login. Report Type 1. Allows you to select various metrics you would like to show on your automated report by using the drop-down menu. GraphType 1. Sort By 1. Allows you to have your report sorted by the metrics you would like. 10. Sort Direction 1. Allows you to have your report sorted by the direction of either “Ascending” or “Descending” 11. Minimum Duration 1. Allows you to select the lowest time a call lasts to be put on your report.
