Custom Audio Files

Manage Numbers
Generate and manage audio files designed for personalized greetings and call announcements.
  1. Go to Numbers > Custom Audio Files
  2. Click the “+New Audio File” button.
    1. Upload File:
      1. Choose “Upload File” and then click “Choose File”.
      2. Navigate to the .mp3 or .wav file you wish to upload and click the “Open” button.
      3. Click the “Save” button.
    2. Text-To-Speech
      1. Click the “Text-To-Speech” radial button.
      2. Name the text to speech audio file you are creating. (Audio Name File)
      3. Enter what you would like the text-to-speech engine to say. (Audio Content)
        1. Language Translation
          1. Click the “Use Machine Language Translation” checkbox.
          2. Choose the language you would like to translate to.
          3. Click the “Translate Content” button. (This will translate what you wrote under “Audio Content” into the language chosen.)
            1. To listen to the message click the “Play Preview” button.
      4. Click the “Save” button.
  3. Now that the file is saved you can Play the recording by clicking the play button for the recording
  4. If you would like to remove the recording, click the “Delete” button for the recording
