Go to Text Messaging > Register Local Numbers

 

Add New Brand

  1. To add a New Brand registration, click the “+Add New Brand” button
    1. Brand Name - The business name. For sole proprietorships, this is usually the first and last name of the proprietor.
    2. Organization Type – It is important to choose the correct organization type based on your business.
    3. Company Name - The business name for your brand as it appears on tax documents. It is important that the business name provided matches the tax EIN entered as this will be checked by The Campaign Registry. If the business name does not match the tax EIN provided brand verification will likely fail.
    4. Website – The main public-facing website for your business. Your website domain name should match the business name and email address provided as this will likely be verified by the reviewer. Additionally, be prepared for the reviewer to visit the website listed to verify the privacy policy and opt-in methods.  Include https://
    5. First Name – The first name of the business' authorized representative.
    6. Last Name – The last name of the business' authorized representative.
    7. Email - The email address of the business' authorized representative.
    8. Business Phone – A good phone number to be able to reach the business' authorized representative directly.
    9. Address – The number and street of the business address, must match address registered to your tax ID.
    10. City – The city of the business address, must match address registered to your tax ID.
    11. State Two-letter abbreviation for the state or province of the business address, must match address registered to your tax ID.
    12. Zip – The postal/ZIP code of the business address, must match address registered to your tax ID.
    13. Country – The country of the business address. (ie: US)
    14. Vertical – Segment the business operates in.
    15. Tax ID – 
    16. Tax ID Issuing Country – 
    17. Alt Business Type – 
    18. Alt Business ID - 

  2. Submit
    1. To submit your Local Text Brand Registration click the confirmation checkbox then click the “+ Submit” button. 
      NOTE: The cost to setup a new text messaging brand is a one-time $4.00 charge. This fee is passed along directly from The Campaign Registry(TCR) to review brand submissions.
  3. View
    1. To view your registration, click the “View” button

 

 

Campaigns

  1. Setup and view the 10DLC text message campaigns for your brand here. Campaign submissions will be reviewed and either approved or denied after they are submitted. Once you have submitted a new campaign for review, please check back later for an updated status. When setting up your new campaign, you will be given the option to choose which local number(s) to attach. If you need to attach additional numbers to your approved campaign at a later date, this can be done from the Text Message Settings page.

    Once a campaign is approved, any local numbers under that campaign will be ready for 10DLC text messaging. Each campaign submission costs a $15 fee to review and setup with The Campaign Registry, in addition to a $1.50 monthly recurring fee (with a 3-month minimum subscription). To add a new campaign, click the "Add New Campaign" button. In the case where your campaign is denied, click the icon to update your campaign information and resubmit.
  2. Campaign Numbers to Register

    All fields on the form are required. If you believe that a question/field is not applicable its always best to put “Not Applicable,” “N/A,” or “none.” In addition, adding a small explanation as to why it's not applicable goes a long way to help the reviewer understand your process(es). These will be the local numbers that you are sending messages from. You may add up to 49 numbers to a single campaign. Once your campaign is approved, you may add additional local numbers to it from the Text Message Settings page. A number may be only active on one campaign at given time.
  3. Campaign Use Cases
    1. What are you using your local numbers to text message for?
    2. There is a $15 setup fee which covers the cost of registering your campaign with The Campaign Registry (TCR), which is directly passed through. 
      1. Additionally, a 3 month minimum fee of $4.50 for each campaign is collected upfront ($1.50 per month). After the first three months is up, you will be billed monthly at $1.50 for the remainder of the time that the campaign is active. Rejected campaigns are still considered active, and will continue to incur the monthly fee until the campaign has been cancelled. If a campaign is rejected/denied, another $15 setup fee will apply in order to resubmit. Therefore it is important to provide as many thorough and accurate details as possible on your initial submission to get your campaign approved the first time through this process.
  4. Sample Messages: You must provide at least 1 example of a typical message that you will be sending for this campaign. Additional sample messages are not required, but the more details provided will help the reviewer better understand your campaign. Make sure the content of your sample message matches the selected use-case(s) and that your brand name appears in the sample message.
  5. Call-To-Action: Important for approval! Use this field to describe how your user opts-in for messaging. That is, how are you gaining consent from the end-user to message them? Are you collecting consent via a website, paper form or email? Provide as many details as possible about the process i.e.: the "where?", "how?" and "when?". Any website that is collecting a phone number must include opt-in/consent language or functionality. Reviewers will visit your website listed under your brand to verify that this. If opting-in via a website, your website must match your brand name.
  6. Submit
  7. To confirm your submission click the confirmation checkbox then click “+Submit”. NOTE: The text messaging campaign you have selected is $15.00 to set up, plus an additional $4.50 for the first 3 months billed in advance. This campaign will cost $1.50 per month thereafter.
