This area will allow you to Register your toll-free numbers for 10DLC text messaging here. To create a new submission, click the "New Submission" button below. Once your submission goes through the registration process it will be either "Approved" or "Denied". In the case that your submission is denied, see the attached note to address any underlying issues and resubmit for approval. Multiple toll-free numbers can be registered at once, assuming that you are using the numbers for the same purpose/campaign.
New Submission
- To create a new Submission, click the “+ New Submission” button.
- You must complete this form to enable outbound text messaging on your toll free number(s). Once you have filled out all the fields below, click on the submit button.
- Any text messages sent from a Toll Free Number (TFN) must be verified and approved. This includes messages to Canada. All toll free messaging must comply with all TCPA, CTIA, and State guidelines as well as each mobile carrier's acceptable use policies and codes of conduct. Please do not submit a use case for something that violates these rules.
- To set up your Toll Free Numbers to Register: These will be the toll free numbers that you will be sending text messages from. As each number is approved separately, if you select more than one number to register, multiple submissions will be created.
- To set your business information fill the following information: Business Name, Website, Address, City, State, Zip, and Country NOTE: Website: You must provide an externally accessible and working business website for approval. Enter a valid URL for your website.
- To add a contact for the new submission add your First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone.
NOTE: Email: Please enter a valid email address. Emailed notifications regarding the status of your submission(s) will be sent to this address.
NOTE: Phone: Provide a phone number where you can be contacted. This can be different from the numbers you are trying to register.
- For Sample Message Content: Please include in your sample message the program's purpose and the type of messages they will receive. Which include:
- Program (Brand) Name and Product Description.
- Message and Data Rates may apply (if not FTEU).
- The program frequency disclosure.
- Help instructions (for example, Reply HELP for help) or HELP instructions in Terms & Conditions.
- Opt-out instructions (for example, Reply STOP to cancel) or STOP instructions in the Terms & Conditions.
- Complete Terms and Conditions (if the previous points are present in the CTA, no further action is needed here).
- Privacy Policy or a link to it.
- Use Case Summary: What is the message type, and what will these numbers be used be used for?
- Opt-In Type: How are you obtaining the phone numbers that you will be sending text messages to?
Opt-In Screen Shot(s): You must upload at least one image that shows where you are collecting the numbers that you will be texting. This could be a screen shot of a website form, a paper form or possibly an image of you responding to a text message with a sample response (for opt-in type "Via Text"). - Submit
- Once everything has been filled out correctly, click the “+ Submit” button.
